Al Geziry joined DCT Abu Dhabi in his current position in 2022. It has 15 international offices, serving 25 countries including the U.K., U.S., China, South Korea, India, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, and Germany. According to DCT Abu Dhabi, the emirate welcomed 1.4 million overnight guests in Q1 2025, generating $626 million in hotel revenue and 79% in hotel occupancy rates. Al Geziry was previously the director general of the Ajman Tourism Development Department, and held roles at Meraas Holding and the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai.
