Al Dhaheri assumed his current position in 2014, having joined ADNEC Group as head of finance in 2005. In 2024, the ADNEC Group, a Modon Company, contributed $2.3 billion to the U.A.E.’s economy. The company’s tourism arm, Tourism 365, managed 350,000 travelers in 2024. Its hotels cluster welcomed 1.5 million guests, and its venues cluster hosted more than 1,000 events, welcoming over 5.4 million visitors to its venues. Al Dhaheri is also a board member of the Abu Dhabi Airports and chairman of Excel London. He was previously a member of the Ruler’s Representative Court in Abu Dhabi’s eastern region.
