Al Zaabi has been leading Miral since 2015. In May 2025, Miral, in collaboration with the Walt Disney Company, announced the development of a Disney theme park and resort on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the seventh of its kind worldwide. In July 2025, Yas Waterworld, Abu Dhabi, officially opened its new expansion to the public. In 2024, Yas Island recorded over 38 million visits, while Saadiyat Island registered a 10% increase in visits across its hotels and museums compared to 2023. Al Zaabi is also chairman of Miral Destinations and a board member of Miral Experiences.
