Pagano has overseen Red Sea Global—the developer behind the regenerative tourism destinations The Red Sea, AMAALA, and Thuwal Private Retreat—since 2018. The Red Sea, spanning 28,000 square kilometers, welcomed 27,000 visitors in 2024 and has plans for 50 resorts by 2030, with five completed resorts and an international airport, and 11 more hotels set to open in 2025. Pagano is also a board member at the ⁠Royal Commission of AlUla, the AlUla Development Company, and the Saudi Red Sea Authority. He’s also the executive committee chairman at ⁠Wadi Al Disah and KAFD.
