Messerli has served as president of Four Seasons hotel operations in the EMEA region since 2023, having joined the company in 2005. The company’s current operations include 23 properties in the Middle East and Africa and over 130 worldwide. In April 2025, Four Seasons and the Al Zorah Development Company announced plans to open the Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2026, including 23 villas and 74 rooms and suites.
