Majali assumed his current position at RJ in March 2021. In 2024, RJ recorded a net operating profit of $16.6 million, a more than 260% increase from 2023, and generated $1.05 billion in revenue. It also operated regular flights to 50 destinations globally. In January 2025, it increased its stake in the Jordan Flight Catering Company to 51% and extended its inflight caterer’s service contract for another 10 years. With over 40 years in aviation, Majali previously held roles at Gulf Air and Saudi Gulf Airlines.
