Leigh joined Premier Inn – Middle East as managing director in 2021. Premier Inn – Middle East, which is owned by Emirates Group and the U.K.’s Whitbread, operates 11 hotels across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. In March 2025, the group signed an MoU with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism to enhance the city’s tourism offerings and establish a framework for joint marketing campaigns. Leigh is also a board member at Premier Inn Qatar and Whitbread International Sourcing, Shanghai.
