Piplani joined Valor Hospitality Partners’ Middle East office in 2019. The company operates in 14 cities and has 23 active projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Valor Hospitality Partners announced its Saudi Arabia debut with the 151-key Hijla Hotel in Abha in partnership with local owners and the Tourism Development Fund in October 2024. In January 2025, it expanded its Dubai operations by taking on management of three Karmastaji Group hotels comprising 259 keys and five outlets. Before Valor, Piplani worked with The Oberoi Vanyavilas in India and moved to Dubai in 2012.
