Alsubaie founded Darent in 2020 as a private institute. It became a company in 2021. In 2024, Darent completed more than 15,000 bookings. The company was selected for the 2024 Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab. As of early 2025, Darent had over 10,000 listings managed by more than 7,000 hosts across 22 cities in Saudi Arabia. Alsubaie is also a member of the Saudi Women Leaders Network and a part-time consultant at the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at).
