Majid Al Fayyadh has been with KFSHRC since 2001 and became CEO in 2017. The institution operates facilities across Saudi Arabia, delivering specialized care and conducting research in cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, infectious diseases, stem cell therapy, genetics, and rare diseases. In May 2025, KFSHRC entered five agreements at the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum 2025 to advance medical innovation. Al Fayyadh previously served as deputy executive director of medical and clinical affairs at KFSHRC.
