Ireland is the CEO of Amanat Holdings, having joined in 2021 as its CFO. In the first half of 2025, Amanat reported revenues from continuing operations of $128 million, up 13% year-on-year, with education contributing $78 million and healthcare $50 million. Refurbishment and expansion of the Jeddah facility progressed in H1 2025, bringing total bed capacity to 675. Following the period, capacity was further boosted with the licensing of 30 additional beds in Jeddah and 10 in Dhahran. In November 2024, the group opened the new Khobar facility with 30 initial beds and a total capacity of 150 beds.
