Ventricelli has been with Philips since 1996, was named CEO for the Middle East and Türkiye in 2020, and expanded for Africa in 2021. In June 2025, the company signed an MoU with ElSewedy University of Technology - Polytechnic of Egypt to establish biomedical engineering and technical skills development. In October 2024, an MoU was signed between the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), Philips, and M42’s Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) to integrate AI solutions for detecting medical image abnormalities, enhancing diagnostic efficiency. Ventricelli has previously worked with Philips in Italy, and Central and Eastern Europe.
