Kanade joined Siemens Healthineers in 1993 and assumed his current role in 2023. In March 2025, the company signed an MoU with Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population to establish the first Advanced Imaging Equipment Renovation and Enhancement Center in Egypt and the Middle East. Siemens Caring Hands Foundation also donated 10 advanced radiology systems to hospitals in North Sinai. Kanade previously held various roles for Siemens Healthineers in India, Germany, and Singapore.
