Almulla serves at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) as Regional Head within Clusters Planning and Development. As part of her portfolio, she also led the HELM Cluster, an initiative launched in April 2025 focused on strengthening Abu Dhabi’s life sciences sector. Before ADIO, Almulla was Vice President of GKSD Healthcare Middle East and Chief Development Officer overseeing the GCC at GKSD Investment Holding. She is also Executive Director of the International Youth Council and an advisory board member at Khalifa University.
