Podolsky assumed his position as CEO in June 2025. JHAH, a joint venture formed in 2013 between Johns Hopkins Medicine and Saudi Aramco, launched its robotic surgery program in 2015. Its da Vinci robot performed 698 surgeries during 2024 through Q3 2025. In March 2025, its Nursing Residency Program was accredited with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before joining JHAH, Podolsky was the Group CEO at the Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Abu Dhabi.
