Al-Emadi has led Medicare Group since 2013. Formerly known as Al-Ahli Specialized Hospital, the group builds and manages hospitals and clinics, including Al-Ahli Hospital, while expanding into new facilities such as Al-Ahli Center for Healthy Nutrition (Hemya), Enaya Healthcare Services, and Al-Ahli Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Center (Raya). In H1 2025, MCGS recorded $70.9 million in revenues and reported $377.9 million in assets by June. In June 2025, Al-Ahli Hospital signed a strategic partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation to expand healthcare access for Qatari citizens.
