Fakeeh has served as president of FCG since September 2012. The group operates four hospitals and five clinics with 835 beds across Saudi Arabia and aims to double the group’s bed capacity by 2030. In April 2025, it opened a 200-bed tertiary hospital in Madinah, spanning 73,000 square meters and housing multiple specializations, with comprehensive service offerings — including the city’s first fully integrated oncology center. In H1 2025, FCG reported $403.4 million in revenue, a 13.4% year-on-year increase, with net profit rising 30.9% to $36 million. Fakeeh also chairs Al-Tor Medical Services Company and Saudi Airlines Medical Services Company; positions he has held since 2019.
