Hamedifar joined CinnaGen Co. in 2002 and became Chairperson in 2023. In 2024, CinnaGen launched three new biosimilars, targeting rare diseases and neurology, and increased its total bioreactor capacity by approximately 30% across several facilities. It also secured marketing authorizations in five new countries across the CIS and Southeast Asia. Hamedifar is also Chairperson of Zist Arvand Pharmed, Vice Chairperson at AryoGen Pharmed, member of Iran-Germany, Iran-France, Iran-Iraq, and Iran-Georgia Joint Chambers of Commerce, and member of the Iranian Human Pharmaceutical Industries Syndicate. She also is quality adviser to the WHO and lecturer and instructor in several universities and research institutions across Iran.
