Saba cofounded Axios International in 1997. Axios has designed and implemented patient access solutions in more than 100 countries, serving nearly 10 million people. Saba joined WHO in 1993 as the Focal Point for the National Plan for HIV Vaccine Development and later worked in Rwanda under the WHO Global Program on AIDS. He is the author of “A World Undivided – A Quest For Better Healthcare Beyond Geopolitics.”
