Miandad has been serving in his current role since 2011. The company has a healthcare portfolio in Qatar, comprising surgical center, clinics, pharmacies, rehabilitation centers, dental prosthetic labs, and medical ed-tech institutions. In July 2025, its subsidiary ABM4 Scientific signed agreements with leading pharmaceutical companies in Qatar to expand distribution in Doha. That same year, the company through Naseem Healthcare, inaugurated a new Super Specialty Surgical Center with inpatient admissions, and launched its fourth Super Specialty Centre in Al Khor. Miandad also serves as managing director of Medinova Healthcare in Africa and as Director of Dfine Dental Lab in Qatar.
