Sachdev founded Leader Healthcare in 2009 and has served as Global CEO since then, overseeing more than 350 employees across the GCC, Egypt, India, North America, and Australia. In 2025, the group partnered with United Arab Emirates University to inaugurate the iSTAR Medical Simulation Center, a facility focused on immersive medical training. That year, it also formed a strategic partnership with Aspen Medical Group to expand tactical healthcare training in the region. Sachdev also oversees the company’s portfolio which include Leader Life Sciences, Leader Edutech, and Leader Biotech Pharma.
