Al Dhiyebi assumed his current role in 2021. Aldar has two core business segments: Aldar Development with a 62 million square meter land bank, and Aldar Investment with assets under management of $12.8 billion as of June 2025. In H1 2025, the group had $26.8 billion in total assets and posted $4.2 billion in revenues. In September 2025, Aldar acquired Modon Holding’s 17.45% indirect stake in Aldar Estates platform, increasing its ownership to 82.55%. Al Dhiyebi is also the Chairman of Aldar Estates, SODIC in Egypt, and London Square, and the Vice Chairman of Aldar Education.
