Moustafa has been with TMG Holding for over 40 years. TMG Holding operates across residential and hospitality developments with a total land bank of 115 million sqm across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, with an additional 14 million sqm planned in Iraq. In H1 2025, the Group reported total assets of $8 billion, and revenues amounted to $507 million. In May 2025, TMG Holding signed an agreement with Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to develop two real estate projects near Sultan Haitham City. In 2024, the Group nearly tripled its booking of future property sales to $10 billion, selling about 30,000 units, driven by the launch of the Banan project in Saudi Arabia and the SouthMed project on Egypt’s North Coast.
