Space42 is an AI-powered SpaceTech company offering satellite communications, geospatial analytics and AI solutions for global customers through its two business units: Space Services and Smart Solutions. In H1 2025, Space42 generated $226.5 million in revenues and had total assets of $3.5 billion. In December 2024, Space42 signed a 17-year $5.1 billion contract with the U.A.E. Government for communication services through 2043 and will be supported by the launch of two new satellites Al Yah 4 and Al Yah 5. Al Hashemi is the Chairman of the Global Satellite Operators Association (GSOA), while Al Hosani sits on the advisory boards of Sharjah University and Khalifa University.
