Chauhan has been leading EFSIM, a Saudi-based integrated facilities management company, since 2009. In H1 2025, EFSIM was awarded new contracts worth more than $200 million, covering a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, education and government services. Chauhan is also the Vice Chairman of EFS Facilities Services Group in the U.A.E and a board member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
