Albader has been in his current position since 2021, having first joined the company in 2000. In June 2025, he oversaw the strategic full acquisition of Pure Beverages Industry Company, amounting to $277 million, thereby expanding into the bottled water market. In the first nine months of 2025, the company recorded $4.4 billion in revenues and had assets worth $10.7 billion. Albader is Chairman of Food Industries Polytechnic, and also an executive committee member of the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council.
