Albohiry joined the company as CEO in 2024. Between 2024 and 2025, Othaim Holding has been actively developing about 30 mixed-used projects, valued up to $8 billion. Ongoing investments include the 114,000 square-meter, $1.9 billion Konoz City in northern Riyadh, along with the 52,000 square-meter, $107 million Othaim Circle in Khobar. Albohiry is concurrently Vice Chairman, executive committee member, CEO and managing director of Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company, and he is Chairman of Mueen Human Resources.
