Al-Rasheed serves as CEO of Al Ramz Real Estate Company, launched in 2016 and a partner in projects valued at $3.5 billion. As of 2025, the company has developed and is delivering over 8,756 units, with a built-up area exceeding 2.4 million sqm across 61 projects in six Saudi cities. Al-Rasheed became CEO in 2020, when revenue was $20.1 million; by 2024, revenue grew to $254 million. Al Ramz debuted on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in December 2025.
