Al-Gahtani has been leading RIKAZ since it was established in 1997. The company’s portfolio includes residential, commercial, logistics, and entertainment developments, and in September 2025 broke ground on the 600,000 square meter Khuzama Hills development in Saudi Arabia’s Aseer region. RIKAZ also announced a partnership with Saudi Logistiya and Forsa Capital in November 2025, to launch an $80 million real estate fund. Al-Gahtani chairs HAKA Group, the Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Company (Fadeco), among others.
