Al Kuwari became the CEO of Msheireb Properties in 2023. The real estate developer is backed by Qatar Foundation and the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). In June 2025, Msheireb Properties partnered with Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) to accelerate the expansion of smart, sustainable urban projects within Qatar. Before Msheireb Properties, Al Kuwari worked in the oil & gas industry with QatarEnergy.
