Singh and Mandhani founded Karma Group in 2013 and, as of February 2026, its projects are valued at over $1.3 billion. In 2025, the group consolidated a landholding of approximately 186,000 square meters in Dubai Investments Park and entered the commercial development segment through the Liwan Project. The group’s flagship company Karma Developers had completed over 25 projects in the UAE, UK, Cyprus, and others, as of July 2025. Singh also serves as the Chairman of Aethon Group.
