Kinariwala founded Pantheon Development in 2016 as an affordable luxury homes developer in the UAE. Pantheon Development has delivered 1,000 units, with 3,000 under construction, across its projects, including Elysee I, Elysee II, Elysee Heights and VOXA among others. In 2025, the company announced the VOXA project in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) and expanded to Ras Al Khaimah with its $272 million One Central.
