Its portfolio includes NEOM, the KAFD Monorail, and the Hafeet Rail project, alongside infrastructure works, such as the Madinah 3 Independent Sewage Treatment Plant in Saudi Arabia, with a total treatment capacity of 200,000 cubic meters per day. In April 2026, Hassan Allam Holding acquired MetiPro, the engineering, procurement and construction arm of the Metito Group.
