Zamil Group Holding Company was established in Bahrain in 1920 and has since grown into a diversified conglomerate operating across building materials, manufacturing, offshore services, petrochemicals, real estate, trade and services, and investments. As of May 2026, it holds a 25.4% stake in SENAAT (formerly Zamil Industrial Investment Company) and owns 8.8% of Sipchem—where Khalid AlZamil also serves as Chairman.
