Elboghdadi first took the role in 2024. Under its non-fuel growth strategy, in November 2025, the company launched ‘The Hub by ADNOC’ in Abu Dhabi, expanding the roadside retail concept to six sites that year, with six hubs planned in 2026 and 30 more expected to open by 2030. This roadside retail concept has partnered with Lulu Hypermarket, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Shake Shack, Al Baik, and more to expand offerings. Elboghdadi was previously at Alshaya Group.
