Al Khalifa oversees corporate and marketing communications at Beyon, and led the group's 2022 transition into the parent company of Batelco, where he had served in various executive capacities since 2010. He also oversees Beyon’s Creative Lab, and sustainability functions within the company. In 2025, he worked with the team on the rebranding of the Jordanian telecom operator Umniah to Umniah by Beyon. Before Batelco, he worked with Aluminum Bahrain (Alba), where he led the human resources and communication functions.
