Stephenson assumed his position in May 2025, overseeing 26 marketing team members. In October 2025, he led the brand integration and portfolio repositioning following the 2024 restructuring that integrated Nakheel and Meydan into Dubai Holding’s real estate portfolio. Both Nakheel and Meeras reached an all-time high of total awareness, exceeding 77% and 71%, respectively. He also led the launch of an expanded residential masterplan at Dubai Design District (d3) in January 2026, and the Palm Jebel Ali destination in May 2025.
