Al Khaja has been in his position since 2009. In February 2026, he oversaw the launch of Qatar’s first digital onboarding kiosk, which introduced a fully automated, self-service solution. He led also the launch of PRIME, Dukhan Bank’s rebranded affluent banking segment, in January 2026. Dukhan Bank, in a partnership with Visa Inc., launched the Card-Linked Offers program in Qatar and the CEMEA region in April 2025.
