Alardhi has served as Executive Chairman of Investcorp since 2015, with assets under management amounting to $62.3 billion in 2025. In the same year, Investcorp managed the $750 million Golden Horizon Cooperation Fund platform with China Investment Corporation, allocating 70% of its capital commitments to GCC investments via the Investcorp Saudi Pre-IPO Growth Fund LP and 30% to China opportunities with a GCC angle. Alardhi also chairs the Muscat Stock Exchange, the Abu Dhabi-based RoyalJet, and the board of trustees at the College of Banking and Financial Studies.
