In April 2026, Al Rajhi Capital launched the Saudi Construction Index in collaboration with S&P Global. In the same month, the firm also signed an agreement with Ayyan Investment Company to launch a real estate fund to develop a mixed-use project in Riyadh valued at approximately $133.3 million. Al-Basrawi previously held leadership roles at alrajhi bank, and BSF, among others.
