Al Huqbani assumed his current position at HHC in 2023. In 2026, he oversaw the transfer of 10 healthcare clusters, comprising more than 130,000 employees, from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health to HHC. In 2025, HHC's Saudi Model of Care served more than 40 million beneficiaries, while its preventive care system reached 4.6 million people. Al Huqbani also serves on several national committees focused on healthcare transformation and innovation.
