Al-Argoubi joined MODON and assumed his current position in 2022. MODON currently oversees 42 industrial cities across Saudi Arabia. In 2025, MODON added three industrial cities, developed an additional 16 million m², delivered capital projects worth $1 billion, and added 728 ready-built factories. MODON also attracted $8 billion in private-sector investments across the industrial, technology, logistics, and services sectors. MODON expanded its technology infrastructure to 24 data centers with more than 940 MW of capacity, attracting more than $1.9 billion in technology investments. Al-Argoubi also serves as chairman of ASAS Company, Indeal, and INTECH.
