The group also issued $1 billion public subordinated hybrid notes to accelerate its growth agenda. In April 2026, Aldar acquired three assets in KEZAD for $177 million. Al Dhiyebi is chairman of Aldar Estates, Egypt’s SODIC, and London Square.
