Sultan has been at KEO since 1985, becoming CEO in 1991, then eventually president and CEO in 2016. KEO has evolved from a single office into a leading international consultancy with 14 operations offices across the Middle East and Europe, and a workforce of over 2,700 employees. In April 2026, KEO expanded into the data center sector to leverage infrastructure capabilities and position the business to serve hyperscale clients across the Middle East. Sultan is also an Advisory Council member of Mass General Brigham International.
