Valu debuted on the Egyptian Exchange in June 2025, reaching a market cap of $437.3 million as of October 5, 2026. It offers payment solutions through more than 9,800 merchants, stores, and online platforms, along with investment products, instant cash redemption, BNPL, big-ticket and luxury financing, car loans, and card products, as well as an in-app checkout and affiliate marketing platform. As of Q2 2026, it had 955,000 active users. In 2025, it processed 8.7 million transactions. The year also saw Amazon convert its option into a 3.95% direct stake prior to Valu’s EGX listing. In 2026, Valu launched operations in Jordan and secured approval from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority to establish an SME financing business in Egypt.
