Paymob allows merchants to accept payments and pay and manage finances through its payment gateway, POS terminals, SoftPOS, and payment links, supporting more than 60 payment methods. It serves over 395,000 merchants across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. As of December 2025, the company had two million app downloads. In September 2026, Paymob raised $35 million in a pre-Series C funding round co-led by Mubadala and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), bringing its total funding to $125 million.
