Armanious was appointed the CEO of EVA Group in 2009. In November 2025, the company launched its specialized oncology sector with an annual capacity of 22 million packs. In June 2026, the company signed a partnership agreement with Saudi German Health to launch a unified framework for medical education and specialized patient-centric initiatives. EVA Pharma is also building a $120 million research and manufacturing complex in Sudair, Saudi Arabia, expected to begin operations by the end of 2026. Armanious oversees a workforce of over 5,000 employees across EVA Pharma with recent expansions into the UAE, China, and India. Armanious is also a founder and the CEO of Limitless Naturals.
