Zagzoug has served as deputy chairman and CEO of Andalusia Health Group since 2004, overseeing $1 billion in AUM and the group’s operations across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The group operates hospitals, wellness centers, and specialized clinics throughout Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In May 2026, Andalusia Health signed a $95 million syndicated, dual-currency financing agreement, led by Banque Misr, with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Egypt and saib, to build a 225-bed hospital in Egypt.
