Abu Zant founded Global Fertility in 2022. It acquired the HealthPlus Fertility Center in Jeddah in June 2025, after acquiring the Bnoon IVF Center in Riyadh, at a combined investment of $60 million. In 2026, Global Fertility began constructing three new IVF in Asir Province and the Western Region, and also invested $5 million in digital transformation. In H2 2026, it plans to open a $10 million, AI-driven IVF and fertility center in Riyadh. Abu Zant is also cofounder of Ovasave and is the executive chairman and CEO of Bnoon.
