Kurian founded his clinic in Sharjah in 1990, later expanding it into the Dr. Sunny Healthcare Group. Since June 2026, Kurian has led single-use laparoscope lens wiper TroKit’s entry into the UAE and Asian markets. In late 2025, the group implemented the proprietary Health2Home (H2H) mobile app, its home healthcare vertical. Kurian serves as chairman of the Healthcare Business Group and had pioneered the first overseas branch of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics in the UAE.
